You will receive a three phase program consisting of three two week phases. 

Each week is complete with four workouts that range from 30-45 minutes per workout. 

Each workout only repeats ONCE so you receive a total of 12 different workouts over six weeks.  Workouts can be modified to be performed at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
